0.1pre2 relased w. Cygwin, SDCC and IAR support

The second release (0.1pre2) adds the following capabilities to the compile environment:

  • Native Windows support through Cygwin
  • SDCC support. SDCC is a free open source C compiler.
  • IAR Workbench support. IAR is a commercial 8051 compiler
